As a kid I was always the helping hand when Mom used to bake. I used to be amazed with the cakes and cookies that used to come out from the oven. Slowly and steadily I tried my hands at it and before I realised my hobby had turned into a passion. In the year 2014 Jo’s Baking Delights was born, and I can proudly say that I am one of the lucky ones who gets a chance to work on her passion every single day. Every year, my goal is to work harder and to push myself to do better.

if you can’t spell it, we don’t bake it. Just like our grandmothers that love and adore u, we don’t use any mixes, artificial preservatives or shortening in our products. We bake our products from scratch using only the freshest and finest ingredients.

I first tried Jyotis cakes and cookies when someone sent me some on my Birthday. sice then I have tried her cheesecakes which are amazing, her cakes which are moist, healthy and delicious...a winning combination. her almond biscottis which are authentic and fantastic. Looking at the quality of food available in the market today I was very worried about the snacking aspect for my child. It's so easy to pick up a pack of chips or cookies which are filled with maida and sugar and that was a big no no for me. Then I came across Jyoti - a brilliant baker and an amazing human being. Her raagi cookies, oat cookies, health bars and many more healthy interventions are an absolute favorite for my son. Her ingredients are fresh and natural and my son can eat as many cookies and i know there is no rubbish going into his tummy. Thank you Jyoti. Lots of love and success.
Jyoti was recommended to me by my sister in law. I ordered some Diwali hampers to start with. They were just amazing. It had a good variety of products and excellent quality and everything was so fresh. I later also ordered some Christmas cakes which were also amazing and quite authentic. My favorite however has been the gluten free goodies. The rage cookies and the health bars. Simply amazing. So glad I got to know of Jyoti. Will continue to be a regular client.
